Our system works exceptionally well with previously engaged leads — people who filled out a form, booked a call, downloaded a resource, or interacted with your brand in the past. Completely cold or purchased lists are not recommended.

No. Our system respects intelligent timing windows and sends messages only during appropriate business hours based on the lead’s time zone. We have found through experience this produces the best results.

We have customized the tone and content to produce the highest amount of results. We monitor and tweak the campaign based on results to produce the best outcome.

What if a lead replies with something complicated?
Our AI can handle long-form replies, objections, questions, and clarifications. If something requires your direct attention, we can escalate the conversation to your team.

What CRMs do you integrate with?
We can work with practically any CRM because you can simply export leads to CSV. Optional CRM syncing is available for certain platforms through additional setup.

Can you work with a small list of leads?
Yes - but performance is always better with volume. Generally, lists of 1,000+ leads yield the strongest ROI, though we’ve delivered strong results for lists as small as 200.
