About Kona House
Where the idea (and name) was born
It all started on a sunny patio in Kona, Hawaii.
Five of us - three business owners and two sales executives - were sitting together overlooking the ocean, talking about work.
Between laughs and a few Mai Tais, it dawned on me that all of us shared a similar problem.
Each of us had thousands of old leads - people who had shown interest, filled out a form, maybe even had a conversation - but never converted to a paying customer.
I realized that each of our companies convert a small percentage of leads, and ignore the goldmine of leads that don't convert.
Why couldn't we target those leads that had shown interest, but didn't go any further?
Being the Tech Guy...
My brain went into overdrive
and I quickly had an idea that delivered an elegant solution that each of us could use –
I would utilize AI to revive these leads – completely on autopilot!

From Lightbulb to Launch
Right there in Kona, the concept for Kona House was born.
Our mission was simple:
Help other businesses revive their dead leads using AI, SMS, and WhatsApp.
We built a system that re-engages cold contacts with natural, human-like conversations.
The “House” part symbolizes the partnership - a place where technology, creativity, and performance come together under one roof.
And “Kona” reminds us where it all began - that moment of clarity surrounded by friends, surf, and possibility.
Now, what started as a vacation idea has turned into a performance-driven growth engine for companies across the country.
Random Fact:
In the Hawaiian language, Kona means “leeward,” or the dry, downwind side of an island.
